My husband is having an affair since last 8 years. He told me about it nearly two years back. He wants to stay with us ( me n my 2 kids) but the lady is not ready to breakup or move on. She is threatening to commit suicide, so my husband has to maintain contact with her. I don't want divorce as my kids future is at stake. I just want to know is there any legal way to stop this affair.

Well, legally you cannot stop your Husband to keep an affair with her. You can merely seek Divorce and nothing else. You cannot neither file a Criminal Case upon your Husband nor on her Girlfriend. If you do not want to Divorce your Husband, then, you can seek a Judicial Separation from him and keep on seeking Maintenance as a measure of non tolerance towards his Non Adultery.
