How to proceed a divorce matter after being disposed

Marriage was not Registered and the Ex party not attended the hearing lasted for an year/she is a drug addict and torturing my son mentally and physically. 1st Jude passed the order in our favor and she shifted to another room replaced by another judge who within 10 mts passed the order as "disposed" due to non availabilty of witness of her neighbor and he was not ready to listen us. It was on 30th Sept 15. As my son was disturbed and dont have faith in judisory we are not followed further. Now how he can get married in any loop hole ? Please revert if possible as i am financially facing problem, hence this request for free consultation. Please help

Your query is not clear . Who has custody of your son? You can file miscellaneous application for custody /access of your son. If you mean whether she can get married then yes she can get married if the she the Divorce was granted in 2015 and no appeal pending.
