Second petition has been signed but not yet filed. Have talked to my husband to save this relationship but he's not interested anymore. What should i do to withdraw the petition before it gets filed? Actually I didn't demand anything from him bt now I want money spent by my father on the marriage and money for my future. What should I do now? What are steps to withdraw petition before it gets filed?

You are entitled to return of your Stridhan and also maintenance. Contact a good lawyer and you will be able to get good alimony that you deserve. There is no hard and fast rule regarding process to withdraw consent, you can simply abstain from appearing in court on the date of second motion.

you can file an application for cancellation of your 1st motion infront of judge who has decreed the first motion as well move to high court for getting the divorce decree getting set aside , even if the second motion petiton will be filed you can even give statement for the cancelation and withdrawl of the petition
