How to obtain a copy of the judgment from the court
24-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
How to get my copy of Judgement from court. How to write a application letter for copy of judgement. The Judgement is uploaded but can't open it. Thanks.
You can obtain a copy of the judgement from ecourts website, if it's not opening then wait for a day or two until the order is completely uploaded. If you want a certified copy then you can file an application along with an affidavit for the Same to the clerical department of the court and you can get it within a week. Or if urgent then you can file an express application and can obtain it in a day or two.

This is my response to you:
1. You can approach the department of the court and ask for the copy of it;
2. You can fill out a form and ask for the certified or the authenticated copy of the judgment;
3. You must also tell the department to rectify the site on which the copy is there;
4. Also you will need to pay a nominal fee for the copy if you are seeking from the department.

You shall applied for certified copy of judgement & Decree order in consern court department.
You mention parties name & date of order when judgement has been passed.
Make a simple application in laguage which you fill convienent otherwise u approach petition writer which is available in every court.
And put 5 rs court fee on that application and the end of application u mention your name and mobile number ... along with signature. You have to deposit minimum 50 - 100 Rs for deposit for getting certified copy as per dependiong on numbers of pages .
