How to Marry a Nepali citizen While I'm an Indian.

I'm Indian citizen. I want to marry a Nepali citizen but she is already married With Nepali guy and not able to get divorce from past one. So how we do marriage legally without any bothering or problems...Please explain clearly
In this case, I would like to know why she cont get a divorce from Nepal what kind of issue and further your marriage as consider as under special marriage act. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
