How to get married with married women

Sir my name is madhav Chaudhary.
I love my maternal aunt and want to marry with her and she also wants to marry me .
But their husband is not doing signature on divorce papers but only saying me is that you are free to marry with her. This is I getting problems.
Please help me sir, please help me
Give suggestions to help me sir.
you cannot marry anyone until divorced from court of law if you still marry her such marriage will be null and void and a case of bigamy can be instituted against you and if bigamy proved you can be jailed better to get divorce mutually and marry
