See as the groom's family has not coerced you or obtained your consent by fraudulent means so you cannot file for annulment of your marriage. But as they have abused you physically so you can file for divorce on the ground of cruelty but for that you will have to wait for one year as divorce can be filed only after one year of solemnisation of marriage and not before.
