I want to know the process through court if she has files a case against me in the court as she is not ready to give me the divorce. I want to start my new life but she is not letting me free. I talked to many maulvis regarding this but she is not accepting talaq also through sharia. She only wants me to get harassed as she is not accepting the divorce. Is there any provision in law that I can get the divorce if the girl is not ready as she has not come back since 2 years. She is at her mother's home. From the past 2 years she harrassedme like anything. She never allowed to see my 2 daughters. What to do plz tell me
