How to file for divorce if my husband is not ready

i want divorce my husband my marriage year 6 completed he was not any responsibility all so alot off problem create my laws and my husband and i have also 6 year boy he also not taken responsibility last 2 3 year i m stay my mother father home pls given any advice how to getting divorce with him bcos he will not givin divorce as per as pleases help this problem
As you mentioned you are staying separate from your husband since last 2-3 years. You should have taken proper legal action long back. No worry you have lot of options available with you to get relief. You can file Domestic violence case against husband and family members of in laws. Another you can also file divorce case, but this has to be discussed thoroughly before going for any case.
