I have arranged marriage for 12years . I have no kid because we do not stay together . I stay my parents house with parents and she live in her father house . She won't to stay with my parents . Mentally and physically we are not adjusted eachother. Last year I filled a divorce case but she won't divorce me and she also filled a maintenance case of me . I am a service man not much withdraw big amount , just going on for with my parents, but her father is a rich person. My question is how much money have to give her as a maintenance. My salary slips already given to along with maintenance case .
25% of your salary will go to her as maintenance, settle it and set yourself free from this or you will suffer the most. you need to move on in life. this is not the end. you must convince her for mutual at the earliest and set yourself free. unnecessarily dragging will bring you nowhere and you will be bankrupt
