How Long for a Divorce if Marriage is unregistered?

I need to know if I don't have a marriage certificate but I am married for 3 years having a daughter 2 years. How long it will take to get a divorce?
See Sir/Madam, registration is not mandatory to prove marriage in case marriage under Hindu marriage act. If your marriage has been solemnised as per Hindu rites, ritual and customs. Hence registration of marriage is mere recording.
But if your marriage has not been solemnised and you are staying with your partner with any sort of marriage rituals then as per the judgment of supreme Court wife can demand alimony and maintenance for herself n child.
