how i can divorce Divorce ( mohammadan shia ) my wife on mental

My marriage is only 5 months old (as per muslim law)out of which more than 3 months she has not stayed with me. From day 1 she has started her tantrums upon me and made my life hell then suddenly she called her relatives on 15th may and gone with them after creating ruckus at my place.
After so much of humiliation and mental torcher i dont wish to be with her and want to divorce.
But she is not ready and has threaten me for worse.
What should i do
as per your information if you did not consummated your marriage then their is a point to nullfy your marriage whatso ever you can give her talak and for further help please consult a lawyer who deals with Muslim Law.
