How can i marry a married women when her husband is bot giving divorce

I've been in a relationship with a married women for the last 3 years. Her ex husband is not giving divorce intentionally. But we need to get married for migration. What do i have to do in this situation?
Hallo.... You can marry her as per the customs and rites if both of you belong to the same community though the marriage is legally not valid. Then it is easy to get the divorce from her husband. If both of you belong to different community you can marry as per Special Marriage Act.
