Hi, My wife has filed contested divorce and I have got the summons. I

My wife has filed divorce and we have a joint ownership of flat. She has claimed that she want the flat. I am ready for it. Now she is denying it verbally and asking for money instead of it. I want to know can she change her demand in court once I reply
in your case, if you submitting compromise deed in your case then your wife cannot Deny their demand. If she wants money on behalf flat ownership 50/. Then you have mentioned written application in court for their changing demands.
