Help me in knowing my rights in divorce

I got married on 28th Feb 2019. I had relationship with other girl at my office and after they came to knw abt this we stopped talking. Then i asked for divorce with my wife but she is not ready to give and my family is in her support and they are threatening me that my wife will file Dowry, raoe case and adultery against me, and will ask for all the money my in laws spent during marraige and we all have to go to jail. Please help me even all the members my family are against my divorce but i am no more hapoy in this relationship of marriage even she is not ready to give divorce to me. I am no longer willing to live.

in this case they cannot put any criminal cases upon you like rape, adultery etc.
within one year of marriage no divorce petition is entertained unless extreme case is proved.
