my son got mutual divorce in usa in march2018. DID he need to file in India too? Can he marry in india again.he is indian citizen.

if it is a mutual consent divorce ( both parties should have appeared in courts and must have signed the divorce papers in person) then it is a valid divorce and no need to file or ratify US court divorce in India. he can marry after 90 days from date of divorce decree
