Fivorce and child aurname change

I want to give divorce to my husband , he is not ready to give me alimony ... If i had child then after divorce or vefore divorce can i change his/her surname .. I dnt wnt to add my husband's surname to my hild i want to add my previous surname before marriage or else any other surname of my community... Is it possible without husband cpnsent to change child surname... How ?
