Wife has wrong listed the dowry articles mentioning 101 grams gold given as dowry from her side.Its totally fake.Court will not ask her to show bills in evidence for that description of gold items?
yes your wife will have to show all bills to obtain the same under section 406 of indian penal code the police will go and seize the same from your place upon courts order thereafter you can file she has filed false allegation against you under section 340 crpc
