False case of domestic voilence

my wife registered a false case against me and my parents in the city of ahmedabad where she work ,I am in delhi.She posted 2 summon somewhere and received by her own ,we received 3rd summon .I already hired a lawyer she is defending myself ,but I dont have much money to give lawyer and one more local prosecuter fees .We filed a transfer application because my parents cant walk. She want a ransome amount and threatening us ,we dont have money to give.Does court allow to defend the case in my city.also i register FIR 3 month ago no result is being made yet.
She is doing fake thing and makes our life miserable but we cant do anything as many laws are against men .
my parents need that money as they are old and bed ridden.
hello Client as you are saying tht your wife have filled a false case in ahamdabad where is wife is working presently as of now . you have your old age parents. who are bed ridden in this condition they are not able.to even walk you have already received third summon from the court.as you are saying that you have also registered a FIR in that also no response have received till.now in this position you need a expert lawyer who can help you you need to transfer the case to Delhi first and you have to take step with lawyer so your fir can get start working.
