False allegations, Fir ,Dvara case and family court case by wife

Dear sir My cousin stay at surat . He was married to a mumbai girl in 2010. When her calls and chatting to several of boy were caught red handed , she was sent back to her parents home. To defend herself she have filed a false FIR against my cousin and his family members. She have even filed case of domestic violence at borivali court , maintainance and child custody court at bandra family court .She is mother of two miner child's aged 5 and 3 respectively. Her lawyer is Ashok m Saraogi who have bad reputation of himself . We are under interim bail. We have all proof against the girl but as they have filed the case on first hand we have to be defensive . Sir people says that as she is a girl , law is with her . Sir she is manipulating law and telling everything false. Please advise what to do
