We Had Sent A Letter after 10 months To My Wife Parent's after she desserted me because there was no other way to bring her back we mentioned her to show up and come back or we might take legal action. They Did Replied but rejected our notice and went ahead with filing DV & Divorce Cases.. Until Our Letter They Weren't Awake and all of a sudden all this came out... Will Our Step Of Noticing Dem Be Of Any Help in Coming Future Hearings.. Inspite they rejecting the notice for some reason. We were sure that they would go court with fake story. So we tried defending ourselves but now am confused whether we were correct or wrong?
You can file restitution of conjugal rights againt your wife and ask him to come and perform her duty as legally wedded wife of yours.
You can not stop them to file cases but only thin you can do is to oppose the same in a witty manner. Now a days law has become a bit flexible for men as well so need not to be worried. And take steps as soon as possible
