I got married in month of March and in april I found some proofs that proves the person is cheating on me but my parents are not supporting me to get apart from me even they are harrassing me to stay with him. The important thing is after marrieage or during rituals I didn't sign anywhere. It means its not registered marriage. So what shoul I do to get apart from him. And is it considerable marriage, because there is nothing on paper?
Even in such situation your marriage is termed as valid marriage as per Hindu ritual. There is no need of registration. If you find person had cheated you then you can file divorce Petition on the ground of cruelty and adultry.
