Ex wife's right to inquire about ex husband salary

In one of the cases- ex wife sought information from the HR (Payroll) of ex husband's company for salary information. Their marriage lasted for just 4 months and their marriage was dissolved last year. Ex wife is.much qualified than ex husband and is a most potential recipient of her paternal properties swell. Her father was an income tax officer. Ex husband is from a very simple and lower middle class family background. Please suggest if wife can seek ex husband's salary information. Regards,
You said ex-wife means she is not more related to you and even as concern to get information through right to information act Kindly see the section 2 of Right to information act 2005 wherein it clear that none other than parties concerned can seek information.
