Dear sir,
My friend got exparte divorce during 2008 as her wife not came to the court. They have a daughter. My friend got married during 2009 and he is having a son. Now the first wife (government employee) having a daughter used to call my friend for various basic requirements of her daughters education and other expenses and she is not married again.
Now she wanted him to proof herself as a legally valid wife to safeguard her daughter and need safety for her. So she insisted my friend to do the second marriage for which he has denied due to legal problems.
What is the solution to comfort her.
