EVICTION OF DIL FROM HOME OF SENIOR CITIZEN

Unable to bear continuous atrocities by DIL, the MIL, Senior Citizen, sent notice of eviction. Prop self acq regd in name of MIL. Son has filed for divorce. DIL refusing to vacate. Is it necessary to add the name of both in appl for eviction under SC Act before the DM? Can the name of son be left out as he has filed for divorce due to cruelty by wife?
No, there is no need to add the name of the son. just file the eviction application under senior citizens act only against the daughter in law as she is the one who is creating problems for the mother in law.
