can I ask my husband my son's education expenditure with out divorce as we are not living together. I am financially not sound. I am earning 28000 which I need to maintain the daily chores
if you are not living together then u will have to file a case for divorce and with that petition u can claim maintenance for your son education which he is liable to pay for and u will have to show all the educational expenditure which you are bearing and your husband is not helping in that so the court will order maintenance
