This question is on behalf of my sister who is suffering with 2 kids aged 10 and 2 years from past 11 years. After marriage we came to know that her husband is fully addicted to alcohol and cigarettes and no responsibility towards family. She bared all these despite physical abuses. Now she can't bare and wanted to seperate. As her in laws are financially strong can she get maintenance for upbringing the kids.
