06-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I got married on apr 2013 and seperated on dec 2013. She got pregnant on june 2013 durin g that period i used to visit her in bangalore i n weekends and she aborted on j u ly 2013 without my presence and mentioned that due to heart beat of the embryo is not good. We got seperated on July 2013 and reunited on sep 2013. In dec 2013 due to quarell she and her brother fought with me and asked me too leave the home, where i paid for advance to t he house. I came to know by september 2014 she delivered a male child on june 2014, i have applied for resdidual conjugal rights in chennai to bring the kid and validate the identity, but she didnt appear for any hearing so i applied for divorce with DNA test ammendment in bangalore . My question is law is saving woman from crime act, she applied for objection and howmany years will it take to know the results also will i get a chance to validate this time? Lost hope and last hope
