Sir,
1. My husband, AAO in LIC filled divorce case in 2015 while I am living with him at his work place in Bihar even today i.e 2020.
2. In 2009 I (wife) filled 498A case which was compromised in December 2014 on mutual basis.
3) I (wife) filled application for maintenance pendetelite under section 24 of HMA and Principal Judge, family court ordered my husband to pay Rs. 20,000/- per month as maintenance+Rs 20,000/- as litigation expenses. Reason for filling application for maintenance u/s 24 was my husband is not properly maintaining by way of physical, mental and economic torture. Even during serious illness I visited CMC, Vellore and TMC, mumbai without his accompany and money. Somehow I managed required money to get my treatment at both places. Although I am still living with my husband at his work place.
4). Now my husband preferring to appel in high court against the maintenance award of family court on the ground of that court has no authority to grant maintenance under s
