Divorce With Mutual Consent Without Completing 1 Year Of Marrige

We have not completed one year of sepration however im 12 yrs married. Filed petition for mutual divorce but judge scolded n sent us back that without completing one year of sepration how we can file petition.
You have to give an affidavit in court mentioning date of seperation and to that effect your petition will be allowed. There is a requirement for one year separation in Mutual Divorce. Please contact your lawyer.
