Divorce related problems..accommodation needed as early as possible

Can wife seek accommodation in husband's house when high court ordered injunction of remarriage against the divorce decree of lower court..according to husband's appeal. NO ALIMONY or mmaintenance .just filed for maintenance.What is the procedure to claim The accommodation as soon as possible?
It can be obtained by filing domestic violence case in which wife can ask for residence orders but it takes time. It is also necessary that correct case is filed and only maintenance case will not help.
