Muslim man ...is cruelty become ground for divorce ...iam already file the divorce petition on 2018 and now the case is in evidence can i contract a second marriage i had already two girl children's what will be the consequences on contracting second marriage
Legally you cannot contract a second marriage, when Case was pending before court, the dissolution of first marriage mandatory in accordance to the law for contracting second marriage, if you married again against the law and court dismissed the divorce petition tomorrow your second marriage will turns invalid.
