Divorce one sided-filed by husband but not received the letter

Hi
My husband filed divorce case on me in august ,after I filed an fir against him.He filed divorce case after 2 days of me filing case at him.He filed case before appearing to police station and also till now I haven’t received the divorce copy.In eCourtsServices I can see my filing number -mentioned as in NOTICE.
But haven’t received the divorce copy.What might be the reason.Any strategy they ar rooting with me or due to COVID?please advise.

A divorce case and an FIR can run parallel to each other. A notice from the family court can take upto 30 days to 2 months as well. If the next hearing date in the divorce case is coming up, you can go to the Court and enter appearance too.
