Which country's Divorce Laws are applicable for NRI Weddings between two hindu people? Also what happens if it is a Destination Wedding between the same two people?
if both are hindus then hindu marriage act is applicable wherein bride and bridegroom can get married before the sacred fire and perform saptapadi as per section 7 sub section 2 of the Hindu Marriage Act and can get their marriage registered thereafter in 7 days for destination wedding dovorce law applies for both that country as well as indian law both the countries law applies but foreign divorce decree will not be applicable in india
