I want to take divorce from my husband but he refused to give me divorce and my parents are refuse to accept me in their house what should I have to do?

You have to file maintenence matter against your husband as well u can also file section 13(A) application against your husband for divorce.As well u can also demand shelter from your parents. And u will succeed definatly.
