Divorce from a person with no contact situation

I am living in separation from my husband after one month of marriage . We are in no contact situation since then . He has blocked me and no contact since then changed his phone number also .
marriage date: 28th april2019
Separation date:8june 2019
I want to get married in 1st quarter of 2021 is there any way
Hi,it is advisable to apply for contested divorce petition on the grounds of desertion ..Of he does not appear court will grant you ex-party divorce..Without obtaining divorce you cannot get married as it is void and illegal as per Hindu marriage act ...
