One of my friend got married one month before by pressure of her family.....bt now she is unable to live with her husband because he misbehave with her and mentally torcher so she need a divorce......
if she wants wants to file divorce then both of u need to stay separately for one year and then apply for divorce and abt torturing if she wants she can file a domestic violence against them and ask for maintenance.
