divorce consultation and seek maintainence

My husband and me have been staying separately for many years,he has married somebody else and has a child too, i have all proof of his marriage, we are not divorced yet, he has harassed me alot,was cheating on me and take money from me so i had moved away from him...i have the marriage certificate and his second marriage proof too...He had taken all my savings and i used to earn and run the house, so finally i decided to move back to my moms place.. he has denied divorce many times earlier, now he has married somebody else without giving me divorce and has a child too.I want to know how can i punish him,recover my hard earned money and seek divorce, i am from mumbai and him too...we have been staying seperately for many years.. please guide me to a good lawyer and who is not so expensive as im a single women...thank you.
