Divorce - Compulsory to give alimony if wife is capable to earn money.

Hi I am looking for a divorce after 6 years of Marriage. I only wanted to know what shall I pay her Alimony? I bought a property for just 1 year back and paying EMI. I did not take any amount from her for a house. I have below points also which will help you to give me advice. Reason : 1. My wife doesn't want a child and I have been asking her from last 2 year. 2. She already had an extra affair and I caught her 1 year back. We don't have a good relationship after onward. 3. I must say, we are fighting every day without any specific reason. 4. She is MBA qualified but She doesn't want to work. 5. She belongs to a rich family. 6. I have been suffering from Brain tumor and treatment is going on. 7. She is very rude and doesn't want anyone in my Home like my Parents, Friend, neighbor. 8. We don't have any physical relationship from last 1 year even she sleeps most of the time in another room. Kindly provide your help. I can't pay her any alimony .

Dear Sir, You can claim immediate divorce without alimony on the following grounds. a) She is living in adultery. b) She is educated and able to earn her own living. c) She denied you physical relationship without any cause and reason.

In India, there is no way to avoid punishment for failing to pay alimony. If the court has decided that the alimony is due, then it will be considered contempt of the court if it's not paid. If the court summons your ex-spouse, you will find it easier to get there.
