Divorce case rejected by court saying it should be filled after 2 year

I have logged a divorce case against my wife in Aug 2016 after 1 year of marriage. Now court has rejected my case saying that I should have to file the case after 2 years from marriage. But why Court not rejected the case at the time of filling. What we can do against this. My marriage date is June 2015 and since Aug 2015 she is not leaving with me. I am Buddhist.
dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that you have filed divorce and the same has been rejected, since you have filed within the year of your marriage. therefore as per provisions of Hindu Marriage Act it is not allowed unless the grounds are used for the same.
