My husband has filed divorce case of cruelty on me. I am Hindu. I have a son of 10 yrs old. My husband has taken my past adultery has cruelty on him . He has SMS data of my past adultery. He is telling he wants divorce ...so now he got that SMS data. But after knowing about the fact he was with me for seven years. Now is it valid in court . How can he get that sms record of me and that guy without the authentication of us. He got through police. I don't remember what I kept exactly after these many yrs. But if there is any confession msg in it...then adultery will be proved ? My husband gets 1.1 lakh salary. Me and my son can get maintenance. I am not working . I am in search of job . If I get job of 8k to 10k money....then how much maintenance can I expect. Pls advise me. Thanks in advance.
hello client as I have read your full query .as per your query you are saying that your husband has filled a divorce case on you on the base of cruallity of brain as mental cruallity on the basis of adultery tht you have committed by you in Ur life preveously which was in knowledge of your husband very well. and now he is trying to be very innocent but you not working right now.u have son of 10yrs in this matter your husband can not prove adultery on the base of SMS only .you can aspect a good and handsome Amount as maintenance from your husband.
