I have married as per muslim law ,and not register marriage, my wife is staying separate from 1 yrs. I have sent Legal notice through advocate to my wife but she doesn't reply any , I have called over phone but my number has been blocked by her. Now I want divorce her as per Muslim Divorce rule, what ground are required for divorce easily without harrasment.suggest me please
there is only one way which i can forsee is not mutual divorce and if you file contested divorce and if your wife files maintenance pendentilite petition then you have to pay her humoungous amount of alimony which i dont think you will want to give
