Divorce and mentally torcher from my wife

I am hindu boy I have married a girl who have already have a son of 9 years and i adopted the son after marriage i have second son now my wife and her relative torcher me nd my family and leave me and my 10 months son and going to her relative home
Now what I can do??
I want divorce
the behaviour she is doing with you is one kind of mental torture and she is deliberately not taking care of your 9 month old child on the basis of it this mental cruelty you can file a case for divorce Court main consider this and the other way is that you can admit a case 4 restitution of conjugal rights only if you wish you have two option for further clarification you can call me thank you
