i want to give my wife divorce.always she quarells with me.recently we had a baby of 7 months.inspite of taking care of a baby she wants to go to job of 8 to 9.the baby needs care of her mother.she always quarelling and making self decisions.most important we both are not happy and ready to get divorce.so,i want to know custody of a child and divorce procedure fast.
if both the parties ready to take divorce then you can file mutual consent divorce it will take 6 months to get divorce decree in this case. as far as child custody is concern you cannot get till 5 to 7 years it depends upon circumstance.
