Divorce and alimony and child custody rights

Dear Sir, I hav applied for divorce on dessertion and cruelty grounds and is still pending. I also have filed for custodian rights for my minor girl child(6yrs). I have the visiting rights issued by the court, but my child was not produced by my wife as ordered by court. I am paying for education and health. My wife deliberately not allowing me to visit the kid has poisoned my kids mind, that i dont love her and that why I am not hoing to visit her. I heard thay my wife is recently going to marry and has also have got her engagement done with her boyfriend. Dear Sir, my question is as I want to keep my daughter with me after my wife's marriage, so is it possible to take this action. Is their any law or how much legal my current wife has to keep my kid with her, My daughter loves a lot to me, but if she do not agree to stay with me leaving her mother
This is a predominant issue with matrimonial cases. Your wife can go for second marriage only after the dissolution of the first marriage. To enforce visitation rights you can file petition requesting to bring the child to court premises for meeting, which cannot be avoided. Getting custody of daughter is a bit difficult task. It will be successful only when you have special grounds.
