Divorce against husband and in-laws for torture, abuse

Hi, I have a sister who is suffering abusive and violent behaviour from husband. The husband has a lot of issue with temperament and goes crazily violent without any reason. She was physically and mentally harassed by her mother-in-law and Sister-in-law. The in laws have also dowry expectations. Both the families belong to Christian religion. Can somebody help me how to go ahead with the divorce?
hello client first you have to send a notice to the husband stating that you are not willing to stay along with him and he has highest you a lot and whatever the reasons mentioned in the message has to be stated that along with
