Divorce after 6 year of marriage

Hi
I completed 6 year but looking for divorce now . from last 1 year our relation are not good .
I caught him 1 year back in extra affair and from onward we don't have good relation ship .
She don't like me and treat as a husband . She don't want child also. Every day , we are fighting each other . I have been suffering from brain tumour from last 1 year . She is MBA graduate but not working .
I wanted to know that after divorce , Shall i pay her anything like Percentage in house property or monthly to her for living ?
As I told , She is MBA holder from rich family . I am not rich .
Kindly provide your input .

Dear Sir,
If wife is educated and having financial resources to lead her own life then a nominal amount is to be paid by the husband to her. In your case you being a patient unable to do effective and remunerative jobs as such Courts will always sympathize you in sharing your finances. Be informed that wife has no claim over your properties.

The petition for divorce can only be filed after one year. The HMA Section 14 allows for a divorce to be filed sooner if the petitioner is suffering from exceptional hardship or the respondent has committed a serious depravity.
