Divorce after 10 years of marriage

03-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have been married since 10 years and have 2 kids, 8 and 3 years old. We have trust issues, privacy issues, in laws interference, 0 transparency and many more issues due to which it's been impossible for me now to adjust and compromise any more. Tried for 10 years due to family pressure and kids to adjust and compromise, but now can't do it any more. Please guide for a smooth separation process.
