It has been 7years since I got married from day one.im facing lot of problems and past 5yrs I'm separated.my husband filed rcr in counciling he is still the same and money minder and councillor told to proceed in court.ow can I apply for divorce in mutual consent by court coz husband is not willing to talk or what to do.i don't know

if you want to file for mutual divorce petition in court, your husband shall also be ready for mutual divorce. otherwise it is not possible for mutual divorce....when your husband already filed the petition for rcr, you can contest the petition or you can file divorce petition...you can also file the maintenance petition..if you have children, you can also claim maintenance for them also from your husband..
