Sir my brother-in-law's wife stayed only a few months with him in his house,later she started living with her mother in another town,she deserted him and filed a 498A case against his family in 2006, got acquitted, he filed for divorce in 2015 but was denied in the district court in may 2019,he is living separately from 2005, can he remarry without a divorce.
